Perineum Tea

Perineum Tea is a blend of herbs used post partum with a Peri Bottle. 
To use: Boil two quarts of water then add entire jar of Perineum Tea.  Simmer for at least (15) minutes & up to (1) hour. Strain Tea into a storage container easy to pour from. Fill Peri Bottle 1/2 with Tea, then top off with lukewarm water. Use each time you use the bathroom for (1)-(6) weeks postpartum.
Refrigerate remaining Tea to refill Peri Bottle until all tea is used. One jar of Perineum Tea should last at least a week when using one 10oz. Peri-Bottle per day.
